Shapleigh Rescue Squad

EMT, AEMT, and Paramedics

The Shapleigh Rescue Squad is currently accepting applications for per-diem EMS providers.

The Shapleigh Rescue Squad is staffed with two providers 24/7.

Starting salary is $15 for EMT, $17 for AEMT, and $19 for Paramedic.

We offer opportunities for paid training and educational advancement.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and hold both a valid Maine EMS license and CPR card.

Applicants will be required to pass an oral board and background check (driver history, criminal record, and references). A physical examination to include a lifting evaluation and drug test is required prior to the start of employment.
