Shapleigh Memorial School Food Drive - It's that time of year again where we are looking for help to stock our pantry at the Shapleigh Memorial School for our Back pack program.  Anything you can give will be great appreciated.  For full details please click here.

NOTICE of temporary Closure - Mousam Lake Public Boat launch will be closed starting September 26, 2018 - October 12, 2018 in order to replace the boat launch.  No launching or retrieving of boats will be allowed during this time.

The Capital Improvements Committee meeting dates are:  Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm on September 20, October 18, November 15, December 20, 2018 & January 17, 2019, February 21 and March 21, 2019.  These meetings are open to the public and will be held at the Shapleigh Town Hall - Second Floor.

DONATIONS - Recycling GoodsRebuilding Lives - Clean out your closets & restore hope.  The Salvation Army accepts:  clothing of any type, books, records, cds, furniture (must be in good condition.  No water damage, severe cosmetic damage to wooden items, no rips, stains, tears or structural damage.  collectibles, jewelry, anitques, shoes, handbags, ties, belts, scarves, household items.  Large items residents can call for a free pick up.  1-800-SATRUCK or visit www.satruck. org.  Donations boxes are located at:  Transfer Station and Town Hall

Effective immediately Fire Permits for the Town of Shapleigh may be issued at the Public Safety Building. Personnel will be available to issue permits if they are not on an emergency call
