The Town of Shapleigh would like to inform residents that there is a recycling paint program available. You can drop off your unwanted paint to locations in Springvale and soon to be available at the Shapleigh Transfer Station. Fire permits - Effective immediately fire permits for the Town of Shapleigh may be issued Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm at the Public Safety Building, 506 Shapleigh Corner Road, Shapleigh - phone 207-636-2211. Personnel will be available to issue permits if they are not on an emergency call. Saturday - Sunday - you may contact the Fire Warden Steve Fiske @ 207-636-1553 or the Fire Chief, Duane Romano @ 207-636-1262 if interested in obtaining a fire permit.
