Building Permit Applications

No permit shall be issued by the Code Enforcement Officer or the Planning Board without payment of a fee according to the schedule. Any person who shall commence any work for which a permit is required by Town Ordinance without first having obtained a permit therefor shall, if subsequently permitted to obtain a permit, pay the after-the-fact permit fee fixed by the schedule.
