TOWN OF SHAPLEIGH Special Town Meeting Warrant Saturday, November 19, 2011 To: William J. Mageary a resident in the Town of Shapleigh, in the County of York and the State of Maine. Greetings, In the name of the State of Maine, you are hereby required to notify and warn the Inhabitants of the Town of Shapleigh, Maine, qualified to vote in Town affairs, to meet at the Shapleigh Memorial School, 467 Shapleigh Corner Road on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, then and there to act on the following articles, to wit: Article 1. To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting. Article 1. Robert W. Ferguson was elected by written ballot to preside. Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to accept the following parcels as gifts from Roger K. Williams to the Town of Shapleigh: 1. Deed to Map 6, Lot 41 B, at 254 Gulf Road, 100 acres more or less. 2. Deed to Map 6, Lot 41, at 174 County Road, 200 acres more or less. Board of Selectmen recommends approval Budget Committee recommends approval

The Selectmen hereby give notice that the Registrar of Voters will be in session at the Town House on Friday, November 18, 2011 the day before said meeting for the purpose of revising the list of voters between the hours of NINE O'CLOCK in the forenoon until FOUR O'CLOCK in the evening. Given under our hands at this Town House, Shapleigh Maine on the 3rd, November, 2011.
