The Town Administrator is the primary contact for the Town of Shapleigh. The Town Administrator performs various duties as required by the Select Board. The Town Administrator also serves as Public Information Officer, Human Resource Director, Employee Benefit Administrator, and General Assistance Administrator. General questions, complaints, or concerns should be directed to the Town Administrator.

Contractor's Forms:
- W9: For new vendors/contractors
- Form WCB - 266 required for Independent contractors who do not carry Workers Comp Coverage (this link will take you to the State of Maine Website) please forward a copy of your receipt to the Town Administrator.
- A certificate of commercial liability along with Worker's Comp Insurance coverage (or WCB-266 if applicable) shall be provided before work is commenced and shall be filed with the Town Administrator.
