Shapleigh Rescue Squad

The Shapleigh Rescue Squad was established in 1980. Currently, we have a total membership of 17 volunteers, which consists of 9 EMS providers, 5 drivers, 1 Secretary, 1 Treasurer and 1 Billing Clerk.

The Shapleigh Rescue Squad has always and will continue to strive in protecting health and safety within the Town of Shapleigh and neighboring Town's as needed.

In today's world it is getting increasingly difficult to do these types of volunteer jobs. Not only do you have to enjoy it, but it requires dedication as well. I am confident in the members of the Shapleigh Rescue Squad, not only do they show devotion and perseverance, they continue to strive to make our community a safer place.

The Shapleigh Rescue Squad always welcomes new applicants. Without the volunteering of our local residents, these services would not be possible.
